I will keep you updated over email as to the progress of your order. I will check in at each level of completion to get your feedback and to show you how it is progressing. If you do not want these emails, please tell me sooner rather than later. Once the order is finished, I'll send you a .ytt (YouTube subtitle format) over email.

Something to note is that subtitles display differently depending on the device and browser. I cannot control this, YouTube/the browser sets the rules, all I can do is work around them. They will more often than not work perfectly fine, but I can't speak for obscure browsers.

They will more often than not look a little weird on mobile. The text is usually too big, and they work at a lower frame rate which can make some effects look odd. I can work with you to create a mobile-friendly option if you want, but understand I cannot test them on mobile efficiently.

I withhold the right to cancel an order at any time if something comes up in my life and I'm unable to complete it. 

I will only charge you for the hours spent up until cancellation.

You also reserve the right to cancel at any time, keep in mind you will be charged for the hours spent until that time. You'll receive the subtitles as they are, and it's up to you whether you want to use incomplete work.

I'm pretty happy to work on any video that YouTube has allowed to be uploaded. Extremely long videos are discouraged. This kind of subtitles works best for music videos,  animated shorts, and things of that genre.

If you want to have multiple languages, send me a document with English and the other language side-by-side (I can provide the English) and I'll create another file with all effects intact. I have yet to try this for languages written right to left.

The difference between Subtitles and CC is something important to consider. Subtitles are usually for translations, and CC are more keyed towards the hard-of-hearing. The main difference is that CC will include sound effects (for example: [Explosion]). They'll also specify language changes, and the person who's speaking. Please let me know which you'd prefer, or if you'd like a combination of the two!
