On YouTube, the subtitle feature has a lot of untapped potential. I make subtitles that are very different from the default, with fading, motion, fonts, colours, sizes, positions, and different shadow options.
No more ugly black boxes and boring white lettering.
These are themed to the video, and provide for the hard of hearing (or those who prefer subtitles) in style.
In case you're wondering, 1 in 20 people in the US are hard of hearing. That's 10 million people in the US alone!
